Admission

Admission Process

At Jimmik Surestart School Ltd, we believe that every child deserves a strong educational foundation. Our admission process is designed to be simple, transparent, and supportive for both parents and students.

Step 1: Purchase of Admission Form

Parents or guardians can obtain the school’s admission form from the school’s administrative office or by contacting the admissions department. The form contains details about the student, parents, and previous academic records.

Step 2: Submission of Form and Required Documents

Completed admission forms should be submitted along with the following documents:

Two recent passport photographs of the student

Birth certificate or age declaration

Last academic report from the previous school (if applicable)

Medical report or immunization record

Step 3: Entrance Assessment / Interview

Applicants may be required to take an entrance test or attend an interview depending on their class of entry. This helps us understand the child’s learning level and determine appropriate class placement.

Step 4: Offer of Admission

Successful candidates will receive an official Admission Letter containing details of class placement, school fees, and resumption date.

Step 5: Payment of Fees and Registration

Parents are to confirm admission by paying the required fees and completing the registration process at the school’s account office.

Step 6: Orientation and Resumption

New students and parents are invited to an orientation session to familiarize themselves with the school’s policies, curriculum, and learning environment before resumption.
